Dr. Santiago Fronda is the founder, CEO, and Managing Director of NEOX Development Services Group. He is a senior project development and infrastructure finance executive with more than 30 years of professional experience, including over 20 years specializing in complex, capital-intensive projects.

He leads NEOX’s work in development strategy, project and infrastructure finance, financial modeling, feasibility assessment, commercial structuring, transaction preparation, due diligence coordination, and debt and equity capital engagement.

His sector experience includes renewable power, green hydrogen, green ammonia, sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, methanol, biofuels, petrochemicals, agribusiness, and sustainable infrastructure. He has worked with project sponsors, commercial banks, development finance institutions, export credit agencies, strategic investors, institutional capital providers, technical advisers, and professional consultants across international markets.
